The word "concierge" evolves from the French comte Des cierges, the "keeper of the candler," a term that referred to the servant who attended to the whims of visiting noblemen at medieval castles. Eventually, the name "concierge" came to stand for keeper of the keys at public buildings, especially hotels.
At CSA, we have embraced the original service principles of the "keeper of the candle" and expanded it into the public sector, allowing you to achieve a better work-life balance. Concierge services are no longer just for corporate executives, platinum cardholders, or hotel lobbies. I already have a personal assistant. Why should I use a CSA Concierge Service Representative?
We actually have several personal assistants that use our services to aid them with their own client affairs. Personal assistants are very helpful, but often do not have the worldwide connections that CSA can provide, and they cannot be everywhere at one time. We are also able to negotiate a better price for your purchases.

Are you insured and bonded?
Yes. Our entire staff is insured and bonded so you can feel secure and reassured that you are in dependable and honest hands.
In addition to being insured and bonded, all CSA Concierge Service Representatives undergo a thorough training &development program to encourage professional development and retention:
90-day probationary period for new hires
All Concierge Service Representatives are trained on-site 3-5 days in customer service & technical management
Initial property test after 3-5 days of training
Quarterly life safety and fire training
Random drug screening
Background & credit checks
Record of management spot checks
